High school student Ao Uehara recounts the horrifying and bizarre events that once befell him at a hospital by the sea. How everything changed drastically and everyday life came to an end… One day, Ao was overcome by a strange fever. When he woke up, he found that something had happened to his body! A mysterious strange illness spreads not only to himself but also to those around him, and adults die one after another. Puzzled by the fate that has been thrust upon him, the boy throws himself into the fray.
